You’ve got sick time, so why not well time? To encourage healthy lifestyles, Stanford allows full-time employees to use up to 8 hours of their accrued sick time to participate in approved wellness activities. Part-time employees can do so on a pro-rated basis.
Use your well time during the work day to complete your SHALA, get a free health screening or do any of the BeWell Berry activities, such as a stress workshop, nutrition seminar or emergency preparedness class.
