Here's the recipe: What You’ll Need:
1 Cup of Peanut Butter (creamy, not chunky)
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Egg
Mix together the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until the ingredients are well blended. Then, scoop out a spoonful of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the cookie balls onto a nonstick baking sheet. (For extra decoration, we pressed a fork down on top of the cookie, then pressed it down again at a 90º angle to make a criss-cross design.)
Bake at 350ºF / 177ºC for 8-10 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies are golden brown, but the insides are still soft. Let cool and enjoy!
If you want to add chocolate into the mix, you can use Hershey’s Kisses! You can add them after you bake the cookies by baking the cookie balls (skip the step of pressing them down with a fork), then pressing a hershey’s kiss down into the center of the cookie. Or, you can bake them into the cookies by rolling dough around a Hershey’s Kisses before baking. (Make sure to only use as much dough as it takes to cover the Hershey’s Kiss. If you use too much extra dough, the cookie won’t maintain its round shape.)
