You've got too many commercials at cbs.com for this show, and I assume your other shows. You're going to want to attract people away from torrents, not encourage them to embrace them enthusiastically.
Remember, online, people are unable to fast forward. I haven't tried rewinding to see if the commercials show up a second time, I might try that next. But this is precisely why people prefer torrents.
You need to do something similar to the Hulu model, where there's fewer commercials overall. I'm wondering how long it takes for your shows to get on Hulu, or if this show will show up there at all.
I use Hulu and Amazon.com to watch most of my shows online, but I prefer a few(!!!) commercials over the $2.99 payment and I don't have a lot of money to throw away.
