Hi,I have attempted to advise your copyright dept and have sent a number of messages none of which have received any reply as yet.
Youtube Copyright dept have flagged my animation video as a copyright violation following your challenge to my use of music by the band Serpentyne in my animated film The Witch ( The Witch - Wise Woman of the People )

The musician herself, Maggie-Beth Sand of the band Serpentyne gave me permission to use the music before I made the film, agreed to email you herself with an explanation that as stated ON the video in credits onscreen near end, she has given permission for my use of  'Stella Splendens' and 'Quen a Omage'
Hope this helps resolve the matter, please advise if I can assist in any way further and I would appreciate some response regards the status of this matter, thank you
