Emergency Information Wallet Card

How to Use

This card contains phone numbers for emergency responders and other campus resources, as well as brief instructions on what to do during or after an accident, fire, earthquake, etc. It includes space to add information specific to you (Emergency Assembly Point location, department hotline, and out of area contact). It is the size of a business card so you can print it out, fill it in, and keep it with you in your wallet, purse, or backpack.
