Experience:
Charlene has extensive experience working in the medical field. Prior to coming to the Stanford Sports Medicine Clinic, she worked for Stanford Hospital in the Patient Financial Services department for 15 years. Among her responsibilities included handling special billing accounts for global organ transplants.
Personal:
Charlene is married to Jerald Dow. They have 4 children: Stanecia (15), Monique (11), Dominique (8), and Donovan (8).
Hobbies & Interests:
Charlene enjoys reading, spending time with her kids and rollerblading.
