Samantha Dodd is in her second season on staff and handles all financial responsibilities associated with the women's basketball program. She also assists with team travel, events and handles scheduling for Setsuko Ishiyama Director of Women's Basketball Tara VanDerveer.
Prior to joining women's basketball, Dodd spent three years working in athletic accounting and finance with a variety of Stanford teams including crew, sailing, fencing, men's volleyball, wrestling, men's and women's gymnastics, field hockey and lacrosse. From 2013-15 she was a graduate assistant in the business office at DePaul.
Originally from Fontana, Calif., Dodd graduated from DePaul with her bachelor's in business administration in 2013 and followed up with her MBA from the school in 2015. While in Rosemont, she was a four-year softball letterwinner, three-time all-conference selection and posted a .329 career batting average. The Blue Demons made three NCAA Tournament appearances and won the 2010 BIG EAST title during her four seasons. Dodd was also a 2013 NCAA Woman of the Year nominee, an NCAA Student-Athlete Leadership Conference representative and served as the master of ceremonies for NCAA President Mark Emmert's forum at her alma mater in 2013.
