Dear Stanford community,
Thanks to increased vaccine supply, Stanford Health Care now has many first-dose COVID-19 vaccinations available.
All Stanford employees and students who are unvaccinated are encouraged to visit one of Stanford Health Care’s vaccination sites for a first-dose vaccination from Tuesday, April 27 through Saturday, May 1. You may be accompanied by family members aged 18 and over, regardless of their health benefits, for vaccination at the same time.
These are first-dose vaccinations of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. Second-dose appointments will be made on-site at the time of first-dose administration.
You are encouraged to make an appointment, though walk-ins will also be accepted at each of the vaccination locations and times offered by Stanford Health Care, including at the Arrillaga Center for Sports and Recreation on the main Stanford campus. Appointments can be scheduled through your MyHealth account with Stanford Health Care, if you have an account.
Interested individuals should bring their insurance card, though there is no co-pay associated with the vaccine. If you do not have a MyHealth account with Stanford Health Care, you are encouraged to create one prior to arriving in order to save time.
More information about Stanford Health Care’s vaccination program is available. We encourage you to take advantage of the increased supply and get vaccinated as soon as you are able. Information about vaccine administration broadly continues to be available at healthalerts.stanford.edu/vaccinations.
Sincerely,
Stanford University Occupational Health Center
