Physical daily “scratcher” permits will expire on Dec. 31, 2019. We will not offer refunds or exchanges after Nov. 29, 2019. Please use your physical permits as soon as possible.

If you have unused 2018-19 daily “scratcher” permits, you can exchange them by contacting us at transportation@stanford.edu or 650.723.9362 before Nov. 29, 2019. Replacement daily permits will expire on Dec. 31, 2019. Please note that our office is closed Nov. 28 and 29, however, as long as your permits are postmarked on or before Nov. 29, you will still receive a replacement.

Individual permits

Don’t forget to purchase or renew your permit, if needed, to avoid a citation. Also, keep in mind that individuals cannot receive a refund on permits purchased. Please refer to our policy to learn more.

Not sure when your permit expires? Go to ‘My Account,’ and click ‘Permits’ to view the dates that your permit is valid. If no permit is displayed, it may have already expired.
