Nicholas Hall earned his master’s degree in applied positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, working under Martin Seligman and Christopher Peterson. His research interests include employee engagement and well-being, as well as the impact on behavior of implicit attitudes and beliefs. He has consulted for the government of Bahrain, Aon Hewitt Middle East, Etihad Airways, Tamkeen, and Teach For America. He is published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior.
