Chest Clinic (Pulmonology)
Chest Clinic
The Stanford Chest Clinic includes a broad group of general and subspecialized pulmonologists. Our specialized programs are located across the Bay Area and provide the convenience of seeing a Stanford specialist in your community.
Our pulmonologists offer expert care for conditions including allergy and asthma, lung cancer detection and diagnosis, airway disease, and pulmonary hypertension. They also treat advanced lung diseases, including cystic fibrosis and lung transplant.
Treatment of Lung Diseases
Interventional pulmonology
Minimally invasive diagnosis and treatment options for thoracic abnormalities and pulmonary disease.
Lung transplant
A surgical procedure to remove one or both diseased lungs from a patient and replaced healthy donor lungs.
Physical therapy
Physical therapy may include a regimen of exercise, tissue manipulation, and other treatments focused on maximizing function in specific body parts to help relieve your pain.
