Our Data De-identifiation Overview and Guidance has been published!

Stanford’s 2022 Annual HIPAA re-training program for HIPAA/Protecting Patient Privacy 2022 (PRIV-2022-WEB) is currently IN PROGRESS!

Beginning on October 11, 2021 and continuing through December 20, 2021, students, faculty and staff who are part of Stanford’s Covered Entity (SACE) and those who are required by their department policies, are required to complete the HIPAA Protecting Patient Privacy Training annually to fulfil the HIPAA training requirement for 2022.
