Transit Pass Request form
Eligible employees: Use this form to request a Go Pass, SmartPass, and/or EasyPass. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your Clipper card to arrive in the mail.
Eligible graduate students/postdoctoral scholars: Use this form to request a Caltrain Go Pass on your Clipper card. Please allow 3 to 5 business day for your Go Pass to load onto your card.
Activation and Reactivation
Go Passes for eligible commuters are valid for the full calendar year (through December). The Go Pass will be activated in four-month increments to avoid Clipper’s 180-day deactivation policy. If you remain eligible, Stanford Transportation will automatically renew your Go Pass every four months (i.e., April, August, and December), and you will not need to take any action.
