Class Description
Effective immediately in response to COVID-19, most Technology Training classes will be delivered online until further notice.
In advance of each session, Tech Training will provide you with a Zoom link to your class, along with any required class materials.
This workshop will show you how to use InDesign to pair images and text for visually-appealing, dynamic communication in newsletter design.
Existing online means design must hold a viewer's interest amidst online distractions. By the end of this class, participants would have had the opportunity to understand how to create a basic multi page newsletter layout using text and imagery in Adobe InDesign.
Newsletters use text and imagery to share information and most newsletters are designed and delivered digitally. Participants will also have the chance to understand how various layout formats can convey diverse information effectively. Using skills gained, learners will create a newsletter and be empowered to consider how creating periodic newsletters could be part of one's writing and creative practice.
