Current Research and Scholarly Interests
I study drivers of past climate change on millennial to million-year timescales using natural archives that preserve records of climate-related information. My most recent work has focused on the impacts of prehistoric human activities on the Earth's carbon cycle and the impacts of these activities on atmospheric greenhouse gas concentrations.
