nah it's nothing about surgery it's about someone I can't understand and he doesn't explain himself either

that's so real

as I always say "people are not living in your head to expect them to understand you all the time"

most of the time you have to explain

people who can understand you without talking are so few

this also works in case of misunderstanding
because it would cause many problems and even hurt dear ones, may be the dearest one
