ad-Din

Ad-Dīn (Arabic: الدين , also anglicized as Deen), is an Arabic term for "religion, faith", usually in the sense of "Islam, the religious system and way of life taught by Muhammad".
"Ad-Din" also appears as a laqab, a component of some Arabic names, meaning "of the faith". The names concerned are used by Muslims all over the world.
