There is one solution to the "infidel" concerns. We need to subject all muslims willing to implement their law in our land to the vary same law, and, of course, start with the prisoners (I mean follow every word: cut hands, ears, etc. for the commited crimes. You will be surprised how quickly the number of converts will drop down to zero. Second, those who will be unhappy with being subjected to the "most tolerant" law on Earth will have an option of going back to wherever they came from. Third, stop immigration of any muslims into European countries or USA until churches are allowed to be built in Mecca. And the last, introduce a new tax to sponsor growth of Christianity and Judaism in the world. Needless to say that all this would not be possible until we all stop using islamic oil. Good luck to us all!
