On Sunday, Aug. 9, around 12:20 a.m., a man walked to the corner of a brightly lit building lobby on Queen Street West, unzipped his pants and urinated in full view of a closed-circuit camera. Alex Hess, the building manager, found the mess when he arrived home a few moments later. He wasted no time getting even. After pouring bleach water on the urine, he marched upstairs to his apartment, viewed the security footage, and marched back down with posters of the offender that are now plastered around his neighbourhood. "SMALL PENIS ALERT," the posters read. "This man has been peeing onto our building for years. Do you recognize him, or his small penis? If so, please email smallpenis@huskies.com" Mr. Hess shared the security footage with the National Post. This sequence shows the entire episode, which transpired over the course of approximately one hour.
