Overview of Research and the Regulatory Environment: DOR-1102

About this course

This is an introductory survey course. It provides the foundation for research administration at Stanford. It covers a lot of territory! Think of it as a framework for future learning you will gain through additional courses and work experience. The intention is to paint the big picture so you understand the scope, potential pitfalls and resources available to you. It gives you an idea of everything you may encounter in research administration at Stanford. We recommend that you complete Understanding Cost Policy (DOR-1101) first.
