Biography 

Jeanine develops mission driven leaders who are passionate about making an impact.  She coaches, trains and speaks on collaborative leadership, empowering her clients to ignite their impact, align their teams and thrive. 

After receiving her J.D. from Stanford Law School, Jeanine spent over a decade negotiating and leading teams to close thousands of complex commercial transactions for start-ups to Fortune 100 companies – ending her legal practice at Motorola Mobility, then a Google Company.

In addition to teaching Negotiation at Stanford Law School for the last 8 years, she provides training and coaching to corporations and non-profits including Lean Startup Productions, Cisco, Safari Books Online, the World Bank, Upstart Bay Area, Third Sector Capital Partners, Encore.org, Clean Tech Open, and FSG.   

She spoke at Wisdom 2.0, Wisdom 2.0 Business, Emerging Women, presented at the American Bar Association’s Alternate Dispute Resolution Conference - Insights from Neuroscience for Teaching Negotiation, co-taught at Esalen – Discovering Your Path to Authentic Collaborative Relationships, participated in a panel for Leading Women in Tech on Empowering Women to Close the Wage Gap, and on a panel at the Global Innovation Summit on Building Innovative Teams, and provided Collaborative Leadership training to 350 leaders in Monrovia, Liberia.   

Jeanine is a partner-level consultant for Third Sector Capital Partners, one of the original Social Innovation Finance grantees.  Jeanine provides collaborative leadership training and coaching and leads  teams providing technical assistance for multi-stakeholder interventions in the areas of preventative health and homelessness.
