Randee Fenner
Lecturer in Law

Biography 

Randee Fenner specializes in written and oral advocacy and teaches a number of courses pertaining to those skills, including Federal Pretrial Litigation and Oral Argument Workshop.  She is also the Co-Director of the Kirkwood Moot Court Competition, which brings together some of the law school’s most talented students to argue cases of current constitutional significance before panels of local lawyers and judges acting as the United States Supreme Court.  In addition, Ms. Fenner provides support for the Trial Advocacy program and regularly contributes articles on a variety of subjects to the law school’s alumni magazine, Stanford Lawyer.

Prior to her current position at the law school, Ms. Fenner was an appellate specialist and a litigator.  She also was a research-teaching fellow at Lewis and Clark Law School’s Natural Resources Law Institute, and a teaching fellow for 1L students at SLS.
