DMSTech2012 Agenda

This meeting is the first gathering of the DMSTech Council for the current grant period (September 2012 - December 2014). For those who are new to the group, we will spend the first morning outlining the work done to date, with presentations from a number of participants from the previous grant period. After that initial review, the group will define a working agenda for the rest of Thursday and the bulk of Friday. We will split into multiple working and discussion groups according to that agenda.

Two topics that we already know we want to cover are: "Canvas and Multi-Up Viewer Development" and "Annotation Management." The group, however, should drive the work - so please consider what topics are of relevance to your institution, your work, etc. and feel free to bring them up when we build the agenda.

Food: Light breakfast, coffee, lunch, and afternoon refreshments will be provided both days. In addition, there will be a group dinner on Thursday night. Friday night will be ad hoc, but in the past we have often gathered as a group for drinks and dinner for anyone who wanted to participate.

Meeting Location: All sessions will be held in Meyer Library, Rooms 182 and 181 on the Stanford Campus.
