Who Pays for What

Offered to the Stanford University Community at No-cost

  • Electronic data to support construction projects and other Stanford community needs and requirements.

  • Small-quantity copies of drawings in our archive (10 per visit)

  • Research assistance and support

  • Information for Stanford researchers (upon approval)

  • Utility Locating Services in support of Underground Service Alert

Provided on a Customer-funded Basis

  • Large-quantity print requests with off-campus vendors:

    • All our vendors accept a Rapid Purchase Order (RPO) for direct billing to your University account; or you can choose to provide a departmental or personal credit card either at the time the request is made or before the prints are delivered.

  • Field Surveying Services

  • Utility Locating for Design Services

  • CAD Drafting services (all projects)

  • Geographic Information Services (non-LBRE clients)

  • Content update coordination for annual Stanford University maps
