The Program
Stanford Health 4 All Fellows Program (“H4A”) is a professional certificate program designed to address an urgent and persistent health need within our communities.
The unique dual-edged program combines an evidence-based curriculum, developed by Stanford Prevention Research Center (SPRC) faculty, and a practicum component to engage Fellows within the community. The multidisciplinary service learning experience provides Fellows the opportunity to acquire the science and skills needed to design and implement health interventions that deliver measurable results. Ultimately, Fellows learn how to engage communities in changing human behavior for a healthier America, all with close mentorship from Stanford H4A faculty and staff.
