Graduate courses for credit

$1320/quarter unit ($1,120/quarter unit for employees of a member company)

Each graduate course is typically 3-5 quarter units - you must enroll for a minimum of 3 units per quarter.

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Transcript/Document Fee: A one-time fee of $100 is assessed the first time you enroll and provides transcripts for life.
• Drop and late enrollment fees can be found in registration policies.

DISCOUNTS

• Tuition discounts for graduate courses are available to students whose employers are members of the Stanford Center for Professional Development, have matriculated from Stanford University, or are on active duty in the United States Armed Forces.

Master’s Degree Courses

$1340/quarter unit (individual courses typically range from 3-5 units) - you must enroll for a minimum of 3 units per quarter.

ADDITIONAL FEES

• Associated Students of Stanford University (ASSU) Fee: each autumn, winter, or spring quarter you are enrolled, you will be assessed an ASSU fee. There is no ASSU fee assessed in the summer quarter.  The ASSU Fee schedule can be found on the Student Financial Services webpage under ‘Tuition and Other Fees Schedules’ webpage.
• Transcript/Document Fee: A one-time fee of $100 is assessed the first time you enroll and provides transcripts for life. This fee does not apply if you have previously enrolled in individual graduate courses for credit under the Non Degree Option and paid the requisite document fee.
• Drop and late enrollment fees can be found in registration policies.

Professional course pricing varies depending on the length of the course, materials provided, and whether or not there is a lab or group project, or if the course is part of a certificate program. For more detailed pricing and available discounts, visit the course and/or certificate description.

Online Courses – tuition includes 90-day access to course content, as well as email contact with a course instructor. Materials are available for download via the course homepage. Courses may be started at any time and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tuition rates range from $249 per course to $1,295 per course, depending on the program.

Courses at Stanford - tuition includes live classroom instruction, course materials, continental breakfasts, lunches, parking, and an opening night reception. When available, 45-day access to the online version of each course is also included. Hotel and transportation are not included. Please visit the Lodging Guide for hotel listings and price ranges. ADDITIONAL FEES

Professional Education Document Fee: A one-time fee of $75 is charged upon enrollment in your first course associated with a professional certificate program. This fee covers life-time access to your Record of Completion (certified PDF), which may be requested at any time.
