It also costs less than shuttles, taxis, rental cars or driving and parking. If you're visiting, picking up or going on a trip, take BART to avoid traffic and save time. BART is getting ready to begin train service to Oakland International Airport with:
- Convenient train-to-train transfer at Coliseum station.
- Frequent trains (every 5 minutes during peak service hours: 8am-8pm)
- A fast, 8-minute ride that cruises above traffic
Soon BART service to OAK will be better than ever. Opening to be announced soon.
Location: The Oakland Airport BART station is located just across from the Terminal 1 baggage claim area and a short walk from Terminal 2.
