Donna Bebb is a Research Fellow at the Steyer-Taylor Center for Energy Policy and Finance at Stanford University. Her research focuses on innovative financing models for the renewable energy sector with the goal of devising and scaling up new approaches to clean energy finance. 

Prior to joining the Steyer-Taylor Center, Donna was a director and founding member of Pacific Asset Management. As part of her work, she covered high yield bonds, investment grade bonds and leveraged loans for the energy, auto, retail, and restaurant industries. Donna also worked as a senior vice president and credit research analyst at PIMCO, where she was responsible for $8 billion in energy and paper and packaging holdings. At Ford Motor Company, she managed a $2 billion short-term fixed income portfolio. She has over 14 years of experience in the investment management industry and holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA from Temple University.
