Travel Policies and Reimbursements

Faculty/investigators should understand Stanford University travel policies and reimbursement guidelines prior to travel to ensure timely reimbursement of all allowable expenses. It is recommended that you take the online course FIN-0400: Traveling for Stanford. Register for this course in STARS (Stanford Training and Registration System) via Axess.

The following policies are likely to apply in the case of international travel:

• Export Control / Trade Sanctions Compliance Requirements
