Clinic applications are being accepted now through 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 18. Read through the instructions for all information on how to apply. The application along with other details and documents are in the instructions. Quick links to these documents are also available below.
Important Considerations
- Registration is conducted with unbiased consideration of your applications--instructors will not know to which other clinics you have applied or in what order
- Due to the nature of instruction in the clinical program, your clinic applications are binding and you are committed to taking the clinic to which you are admitted
- Apply broadly to increase your chances for admission
