Eligibility
Effective immediately and until
further notice, only Academic Council faculty are eligible to purchase homes on the campus. This change does
not reduce eligibility for other housing programs.
Housing purchase programs are available to faculty and executive-level staff. Download the
Housing Purchase Programs Eligibility Criteria document
for an explanation of the eligibility categories for the use of purchase programs.
Rental programs apply to a broader range of employment categories.
All faculty and staff are eligible for certain rental housing programs.
