*Contingent/temporary staff fees are reflective of the unique sourcing requirements for limited roles. Sometimes, managers and employees are successful in identifying temporary talent through referrals. If the referred talent is ultimately selected for a temporary position, a reduced fee of $399 will apply. This fee includes posting the role externally, administrative fees for background/reference checks and payroll processing for the temporary hire.
If a temporary candidate is hired into a regular position, a conversion fee of 8% of the annual salary applies.
