Google Takeout is a tool that allows you to archive and download your Google Apps data as a zipped file on your computer. You can do this individually by service (contacts, calendar, drive, etc.) or as a single archive.
- To begin backing up your Google Apps data, go to https://www.google.com/settings/takeout and follow the instructions. Google Takeout sends an email when the archive is complete. Use the link in the email to locate and download your data.
- After you have downloaded your data to your computer, you can import it into another Google Apps account using the following directions.
