The Information Security Office uses Qualys to routinely scan the Stanford network to identify known vulnerabilities that are risks to the campus computing resource. The five groups with the highest number of Qualys-reported vulnerabilities for the most recent scan are displayed below.
How the results are obtained
Qualys scans Stanford's Internet-facing computers from the public Internet. The report is limited to the riskiest [Qualys Scan Level 4 and 5 & Confirmed-Only] vulnerabilities. If you are the administrator for networks on this list, you should immediately confirm and remediate vulnerabilities. You can obtain a Qualys account to scan your network and get detailed results. False positive results can be reported to Qualys Feedback so they can be omitted from future scans.
