Information Technology Services is Stanford's cable television service provider. Called Cardinal Cable, the service offers entertainment, sports, news, cultural programming, and educational channels.
Ordering service
To order new communication services in your apartment or to make changes to your existing services, dial 650-725-HELP, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
You can self-install your cable tv box. Boxes are available for pickup the day after you submit your order, at:

Ending service
To disconnect your service, dial 650-725-HELP, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
When disconnecting your cable TV service, you must return your digital cable box or you will be charged a $449.95 fee for the unreturned box. Return your cable box at the ID Card Office (see above).
