Gender and Sexualities Field Trip

Sometimes learning about gender and sexual diversity and health is best done as an in vivo experience.  Field trip, anyone?  Every year, we spend a day in San Francisco visiting sites that are of cultural, historical, and medical significance to LGBTQIA communities in order to learn about the rich history of these communities as well as the resources that are available to us and the people we serve.  Although the field trip is designed for health professionals, it is sure to be an educational and fun experience for anyone interested in learning more about LGBTQIA communities and health.
