Before you arrive
Before you start, there are some steps we’d like you to complete to ensure your first day is smooth.
Your first day
On your first day, you will attend a new staff orientation at the Cardinal at Work Welcome Center. You will hear about Stanford's rich history and culture, learn about benefits offerings, complete required training and paperwork, get all your questions answered, and more.
Day Two & Beyond
Once you get back to your work location, orientation continues with items to complete in your first few weeks of employment.
