Greg Wigton is a program manager in the Cyber Security Division for the Homeland Security Advanced Research Projects Agency (HSARPA) at DHS S&T. Wigton has managed projects in CSD since November 2006, and his portfolio includes research projects focused on critical infrastructure, cybersecurity metrics and useable security.

Prior to his position in the CSD, he was a budgetary planning and program support consultant. Wigton earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Notre Dame and is currently a Masters of Business Administration candidate at Virginia Tech.
