Kids Connection is a playful wbsite designed just for you, a kid aged 5-12 who is coming to Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. Whether you’re getting a test or treatment or visiting a friend or family member, Kids Connection is loaded with games and activities to give you a head start on your hospital stay. Information for Parents
Kids Connection is an engaging, interactive way for children ages 5-12 to learn what it’s like to come to the hospital. The site is:
- Child-centered
- Designed for kids to navigate with or without a parent’s help
- Available in English or Spanish
- Closed-captioned
Kids Connection also has some important information for parents so they can help prepare their child for a test or treatment and optimize his or her hospital stay.
If you have any questions about your child's health or upcoming hospital visit, please call our Parent Information and Referral Center (PIRC). You can call PIRC at (650) 498-KIDS (5437) or (800) 690-2282 on weekdays from 12 pm-8 pm and weekends from 8 am-8 pm.
