again, my concern is with the poor notes. I have only been there a few times but I don't feel a connection given the confusion as to why I am there. I am leaning towards finding another doctor, just not sure yet.

Dr. forest was very caring and helped me get the referrals I needed.

Came in for routine Blood pressure eval...BECAUSE Dr. Forest took time to sit down and discuss how I was feeling etc. she decided, after my answers, to have blood drawn and checked. Turned out I was severely anemic and was admitted to hospital next day. No telling what would have happened if Dr. Forest had not taken the time to talk (probe).

I had to ask her if she had seen the pap smear results I sent weeks back. She said didn't. I asked her about the fact that I had an Enlarged Uterus on my ct scan and didn't bring up until I complained about it.

First time seeing new doctor. Dr. Forest was wonderful and put me at ease. I will request for her to be my ongoing primary care provider.
