Anesthesia Illustrated was conceived as a global open access initiative to disseminate high quality educational content and learning objects to anesthesia educators around the world. Our focus is on high-quality multimedia-based visual educational content. Our goal is to share the work being developed for educational use at Stanford and Yale Universities with the broader anesthesia community. We hope to add additional content partner institutions in the near future.

The project website development is led by Dr. Larry Chu and funded by the Stanford AIM Lab, in partnership with Dr. Kyle Harrison (Stanford University) and Dr. Viji Kurup (Yale University). We’re excited to have some international help from Dr. Reuben Eng (University of Calgary, Canada), who will be joining the AIM lab as a fellow in 2013.

Our work is given freely in an open access manner under a Creative Commons Attribution – Non-commercial – Share Alike 3.0 Unported license. If you use our work, we simply ask for attribution and a link back to the Anesthesia Illustrated site.

Anesthesia Illustrated is supported by Dr. Larry Chu and the Stanford AIM Lab.
