Rates and Usage Fees

Rates are effective to August 31, 2016. There may be a slight fee increase to some rates starting September 1, 2016.

CANCELLATION POLICY

McCAW HALL/FORD GARDENS
91 or more days before event - no cancellation fee.
90-61 days out: 50% of the room rental fee.
60 days or less: 100% of the room rental fee.

FISHER CONFERENCE CENTER/McCOLL PLAZA
61 or more days before event - no cancellation fee.
60 days or less: 100% of the room rental fee.
