The Building Operations Group is comprised of the following three trade departments:
- Architectural Trades (Carpentry, Glass, Building Security, Paint, Sign)
- Building Engineering Trades (Electric Shop, HVAC, Plumbing)
- Fleet Garage/Machine Shop
Each of our departments contains a wealth of Stanford University experience and are well equipped to assist you with your construction or event planning needs. To access any service provided by the Trades, simply submit a work request or contact us through the Work Support Center at 723-2281.
In addition we manage various contract services, such as:
- Garbage, Recycling, Compost
- Custodial
- Relamping
- Pest Control
- Roof Gutter & Lateral Line Cleaning
- D.I. Water
- Fire Doors
- Loading Docks
- Elevator Maintenance and Service Problems
