Thank you for attending the Organizational Leadership Workshop on Saturday, October 23, 2010. If you would like to submit a project profile, please complete the Program Profile form and email to manthony@stanford.edu.

Several action items were identified and recommended for attendees and for those who could not attend the workshop:

Step One

• Identify a challenge or goal that your organization is facing.
• Use the power map and action plan to develop a strategy that meets your goal or addresses your challenge.
• Plan to attend the spring follow up meeting and provide updates on your progress
• Send your recommendations for specific spring session topics to manthony@stanford.edu by January 31st if there is something specific you would like COE to cover.

Step Two

Contact Marcella at manthony@stanford.edu to schedule a workshop on your campus that is specific to your organization’s needs. (Personalized workshops can be offered on a limited basis with appropriate notice, schedules permitting.)
