Faculty Position

The Division of Vascular Surgery of the Department of Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking an academic vascular surgeon to join the Division. Applications will be collected until November 30, 2015.  This Assistant, Associate or Full Professor faculty position in the Medical Center Line (MCL) may involve some fraction of Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHS) vs. Stanford University effort (percentage to be determined by the specific circumstances of the successful candidate). The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, teaching and scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine.  The candidate should have board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery.  This position will require candidates who have completed a Vascular Surgery Fellowship. 

The successful candidate will share the educational responsibilities and clinical coverage of the Vascular Surgery Service of the Division of Vascular Surgery in the Department of Surgery.  Stanford University is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to increasing the diversity of its faculty.
