Richard N. Zare, Ph.D co-founded Pathwork Diagnostics, Inc. (formerly, Predicant Biosciences, Inc.) in 2002. Mr. Zare is Marguerite Blake Wilbur Professor in Natural Science and Chair of the Chemistry Department, Stanford University. He has authored and co-authored over 700 publications and more than 50 patents, and he has published four books. He has received the National Medal of Science, National Academy of Sciences Award in Chemical Sciences, National Science Board's Distinguished Service Award, Centennial Medal of Harvard University, the Welch Award in Chemistry, and Royal Society of Chemistry Faraday Medal.
