You have the option to electronically transfer your season tickets to another person online at gostanford.com/tickets. That person can accept the tickets as either print-at-home or mobile tickets for instant delivery.
How to Transfer Your Tickets
- Sign in to your online ticketing account using your account and password
- Click the "My Account > Transfer Tickets" link from the top navigation
- Select the games for which you want to transfer tickets
- Click "Next"
- Click the check box next to the ticket(s) you want to transfer
- Enter the recipient's information and click "Next"
- Verify the ticket and recipient's information
- Click "Yes, Make Transfer"

Ticket exchange is an exclusive benefit to Stanford Athletics season ticket members. Season ticket members can exchange their tickets to one game for any other game for free*. Simply log into your online ticketing account to get started.
How to Exchange Your Tickets
- Sign in to your online ticketing account using your account and password
- Click the "My Account > Exchange Tickets" link from the top navigation
- Select the games for which you want to exchange and a quantity that matches the number of tickets you are exchanging
- Select your delivery method (digital only)
- Click "Submit Exchange" and you're good to go.
Please note: not all sports offer ticket exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for the same quantity in the same sport. For example, baseball tickets may not be exchanged for basketball tickets.
Exchanges are final and your originally exchanged seats will immediately become available to other fans. Exchanged tickets are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your existing season tickets.
Ticket exchange is available online-only and must be completed 24 hours prior to the event.

Can't make the game? Donate your season tickets back to Stanford Athletics for contribution to a local non-profit. With ticket gift back, Stanford season ticket members can electronically donate unused tickets back to Stanford Athletics. Tickets donated back to the Stanford Athletics ticket office will be contributed to a local non-profit; giving kids and other groups an opportunity to experience Stanford Athletics events.

- Click the "My Account > Gift Back Tickets" link from the top navigation
- Select the game for which you want to gift back tickets
- Click the check box next to the ticket(s) you want to gift back

- Click "Yes, Reissue"

Admissions Policy
Every person entering an event needs a ticket. Infants and toddlers, under two years of age are free.
Delivery Methods
Print at home
Your tickets will be delivered via email as links. Please print your tickets on a standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper (white paper works best), and bring them to the event. Each ticket is individually bar-coded and required for admission.
Mobile PDF tickets
Your tickets will be delivered via email as links for either mobile-formatted PDF tickets (Android) or Apple Wallet passes (iOS). Please download your tickets prior to attending the event and have them ready to scan upon entry. Each ticket is individually bar-coded and required for admission.
Mail (or FedEx)
Your tickets will be shipped to you in advance of the event to the address on your account. If your address is incorrect, please sign in to your online Stanford Athletics account and edit your address under My Account.
Will Call
Your tickets may be picked up at the will call windows located at the event venue. Please be prepared to display a photo I.D. matching the name on the tickets and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Payment Options
Tickets will not be released or held without payment. Payments may be made by cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Checks should be made payable to "Stanford Athletics."

DAPER Complimentary Season Tickets
Current DAPER employees who have part-time regular employee status are eligible to receive up to two complimentary season tickets for home games. Locations are subject to the ticket office's discretion. Currently, locations are limited to the following:
- Football - West Goal, East Goal or Corner/End Zone
- Men's Basketball - Reserved Corners/Baseline or General Admission
- Women's Basketball - Upper Reserved Sideline or General Admission
- Women's Volleyball - General Admission
- Men's Soccer - General Admission
- Women's Soccer - General Admission
- Baseball - General Admission
A staff member may request a football family plan in lieu of reserved tickets. Hourly temporary employees or interns are not eligible to receive complimentary tickets. Season tickets are expected to be used for at least 75 percent of all games, and are not allowed to be resold on the secondary market.
If an employee wishes to purchase season tickets in a price level that is not available on a complimentary basis, they can do so at a discounted rate. The discount varies from sport to sport. Additional Buck/Cardinal Club gifts may apply if purchasing seats in a priority seating location.

DAPER Complimentary Single-Game Tickets
If an employee is not expecting to use their complimentary season tickets at least 75 percent of the time, they may be accommodated on a per-game basis. Additional complimentary tickets beyond two may be issued for immediate family members only. Individual game tickets may be offered in any price level, not only those available on a season basis, if inventory is available close to game time. Generally, for premium matchups, certain price levels will not be available.
How to Claim Complimentary Single-Game Tickets
If you've never claimed complimentary, single-game tickets, please first contact the ticket office by calling (800)-STANFORD or emailing athleticstickets@stanford.edu to set up your account.
- Once your account has been set up, sign in to your online ticketing account using your account and password
- Navigate to the sport for which you want to claim complimentary tickets
- Click on "Single Games"
- Select the games for which you want to claim complimentary tickets
- Enter the quantity of tickets requested next to the "DAPER Comp" type of ticket
- Add to cart
- Select the desired delivery method and "Checkout"

DAPER Away Game Ticket Policy
Current DAPER employees may request two complimentary tickets for football, men's basketball or women's basketball. There are a limited number of tickets available and are based on availability. Tickets must be requested in advance and must be picked up by the employee at will call on the day of the event at the road venue.

Where can I locate my Customer Number and Online Pin?
You can find your customer number and online PIN on your season ticket renewal application, by calling the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office @ 1-800-Stanford, or by e-mailing athleticstickets@stanford.edu. If you have already registered, your PIN will not show up on the renewal application.
I've forgotten my customer number I used to sign in.
Please call the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office @ 1-800-Stanford and one of the Ticket Office representatives will help you identify your customer number and/or online password.
I entered my customer number and online PIN and keep getting error:
"The entered account number and PIN did not verify. Please enter again."
What does this mean?
Our web site is not recognizing your customer number and PIN. Please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will verify your numbers.
What does "The E-mail address you entered is already in use, please try again" mean?
The Stanford Athletics Online Ticket Office will only allow one e-mail address per ticket customer account. Each e-mail is unique and can be registered to ONLY ONE Ticket account.
What if I forgot or lost my password?
Click on the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link and your password will be emailed to you.
I have registered before, but my e-mail address has changed?
You can use your old email address and password to log in, Click on the "EDIT MY ACCOUNT" link and proceed to enter and confirm your new email address. If you do not remember your old email address and / or password, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will help you.
I logged in successfully to the Stanford Athletics Online Ticket Office site; however I received the error: "Sorry, you currently have no applications available online. If you have not already activated your season ticket account using your account number and PIN, Click on the link below." What does this mean?
Your online account needs to be registered to your season ticket account. Please click on the ACTIVATE link and enter your customer number and PIN if you have a PIN number on your renewal invoice. Contact the Athletics Ticket Office if you continue to have trouble accessing your season ticket renewal account.
I input my email address and password but cannot login?
Please remember that the email and password fields are case sensitive. If you have tried numerous times and still cannot login, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will help you.
I click on FORGOT PASSWORD but did not get an email with my password?
If you have recently changed your e-mail address, try your old email account. If you continue to have problems please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will help you.
Customer Number/ Online PIN / Email / Password
Customer Number: This number is the same as your Ticket Office account number. It can be found on your season ticket renewal form or on your season tickets, located above your name. If you cannot locate your customer number, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will help you
Online Pin: This number is used only the first time you activate your season ticket account online. It can be found in the middle of your season ticket renewal form. If you cannot locate your online PIN, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will assist you
Customer Email: This is the email address you use for all your correspondence and online purchases with the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office. NOTE: you cannot use the same email address for more than one account. To change your email address, login with your old email address and click on the "EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION" link on right side of screen. If you still have difficulty, please call 1-800-Stanford or email: athleticstickets@stanford.edu and a ticket representative will assist you.
Password: This is a personal and unique password that you created the 1st time you renewed or purchased tickets online. If you do not remember your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link and an email will be sent to you with your password. You can change your password anytime on line by selecting the edit account information option.
Ticket Prices / Charges / Fees
Ticket Price: This is the face value of the ticket. Ticket prices are set each year by the Stanford Athletics Department.
Ticket Fee: Ticket fees cover a portion of the cost associated with maintaining online ticketing at www.goStanford.com The Stanford Athletics Department is committed to offering customers the ability to purchase tickets 24 hours a day.
Order Charge: This charge is a flat fee that is added to the total cost of your purchase regardless of how many tickets you ordered. Revenue collected from order charges go to credit card processing fees, mail delivery fees, and other costs associated with online ticketing. To avoid fees and charges you may purchase tickets in person at the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office located at the south end of Stanford Stadium, near gate 2.
Methods of Payment
Online: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS for all online purchases. ECHECK: For renewal items we are now offering customers the ability to pay by check over the internet. You will need to have your checkbook with you in order to fill out the necessary routing information.
Who needs a Ticket?
All Cardinal fans 2 years old and over need a ticket to enter Stanford Athletic events. Fans under 2 years old are free.
Where is the Stanford Athletics Ticket Office?
The Main Athletic Ticket Office: Located at the south end of Stanford Stadium near Gate 2. Hours are 9am � 4pm Monday � Friday. Please remember all will call tickets being picked up require a photo ID.
The Maples Ticket Office: Located on the north side of Maples Pavilion and is open 90 minutes before the event.
Sunken Diamond Ticket Office: Located on the northwest corner of Sunken Diamond behind 1st base and is open 60 minutes before the event.
