Who Are We?
Grounds Services is a division of Building and Grounds Maintenance (BGM) within the Facilities Operations department. We are responsible for maintaining the outdoor landscape around the campus, including trees, plant life, pavement and outdoor structures and furnishings.
Our Mission
The Mission of the Stanford University Grounds Services Department is to provide a beautiful outdoor experience for students, faculty, staff and visitors.
We pride ourselves in being the in-house service of choice since the beginning of the University. We provide a stewardship role in the proper care of all outdoor facilities. We are prompt, efficient, and professional in appearance and duties. We "tailor make" our services and are immediately responsive to our diverse clientele.
