Charlotte FonrobertCharlotte Fonrobert
Director
Charlotte Elisheva Fonrobert specializes in Judaism: talmudic literature and culture. Her interests include gender in Jewish culture; the relationship between Judaism and Christianity in Late Antiquity; the discourses of orthodoxy versus heresy; the connection between religion and space; and rabbinic conceptions of Judaism with respect to Greco-Roman culture. She is the author of Menstrual Purity: Rabbinic and Christian Reconstructions of Biblical Gender(2000), which won the Salo Baron Prize for a best first book in Jewish Studies of that year and was a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award in Jewish Scholarship. She also co-edited The Cambridge Companion to the Talmud and Rabbinic Literature (2007), together with Martin Jaffee (University of Washington). Currently, she is working on a manuscript entitled Replacing the Nation: Judaism, Diaspora and the Neighborhood.

Event and Finance Coordinator
Nicole Bridges is the Event & Finance Coordinator at the Taube Center for Jewish Studies. She began her Stanford career in 2009 and is now happily a part of the Center as of October 2015. Nicole is passionate about helping Stanford constituents and visitors to the university. Prior to joining Stanford, Nicole worked for the Marriott Hotel franchise and brings years of an excellent customer service background.
Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from San Jose State University, with a minor in English Literature.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys spending time with family & friends. She also loves to travel and will plan a trip to Hawaii any chance she gets to visit with family and immerse her son in the island culture.
Linda Huynh

Center Manager/Stewardship Coordinator
Linda Huynh is the Center Manager and Stewardship Coordinator at the Taube Center for Jewish Studies. She brings over 14 years of Stanford experience that includes work in graduate admissions, student services, budget management, event planning, and stewardship. She is dedicated to helping and collaborating with students (both undergraduate and graduate), faculty, guest speakers, and staff.
Prior to joining Stanford, Linda worked at UC San Diego’s Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Linda received her bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC San Diego.
In her free time, Linda enjoys listening to and seeing music live. She also enjoys playing ping pong.
