The Stanford Functional Genomics Facility (SFGF) is a service center in the Stanford School of Medicine providing the following genomics services:
- High-throughput Sequencing (Illumina)
- Library Generation for Illumina High-throughput Sequencing
- Microarray Gene Expression (Affymetrix, Agilent, Illumina)
- QC for RNA, DNA, and High-throughput Sequencing Libraries
- Whole Genome Genotyping (Illumina)
- Real-time PCR â gene expression, genotyping, melt, etc.
- Sample Preps â DNA and RNA extractions, Plasmid preps
- NanoString
- Microarrays and Microarray Printing
- 24/7 Access to Instrumentation and Software

The Stanford Functional Genomics Facility (SFGF) provides microarrays and microarray services to researchers within the Stanford community and beyond. The facility also provides 24/7 access to instruments, equipment and software utilized within the microarray field. We support all arrays based on a microscope format including Agilent, Illumina, Nimblegen, and arrays produced by SFGF. Besides printing cDNA and oligonucliotide microarrays, the facility can also print arrays of your material in a high throughput fashion, including proteins, peptides, antibodies, cell lysates, siRNAs, etc.

SFGF Antibodies

SFGF has acquired a large number of purified mouse anti-human antibodies which we are making available to the Stanford community in 10µl aliquots. Please log in to see a list of available antibodies.

In conjunction with the Brown lab, SFGF has also developed a suite of
exogenous controls for use with these arrays. This suite consists of 33 premixed controls ready for addition to labeling mixtures and can also be ordered online. We highly
recommend the use of these controls when using the MEEBO and HEEBO microarrays |
